Remanufacturing
We provide full refurbishment and maintenance solutions to keep your fleet working harder, for longer.
Our Remanufacturing Process
STEP 1
Inspection
Every refurbishment begins with a detailed inspection to assess the machine’s overall condition. We examine structural components, mechanical systems, hydraulics, electrics, and all specialist equipment to identify wear, damage, and missing parts. This allows us to define the full scope of work and plan the refurbishment process accurately.
STEP 2
Full Strip Down
The machine is completely stripped back to its core structure.
All major components—including tanks, hoppers, suction systems, spray equipment, hydraulics, and electrics—are removed, labelled, and organised. This ensures full access to every part of the machine and allows for a thorough and controlled rebuild.
STEP 3
Deep Clean
All components undergo an intensive cleaning process to remove years of built-up debris, grease, and contaminants.
This stage is essential for exposing hidden defects and preparing parts for repair, ensuring all surfaces are clean and ready for the next stages of refurbishment.
STEP 4
Shotblast
Key structural components are shot blasted back to bare metal.
This removes corrosion, old coatings, and surface contamination while creating the ideal surface for repairs and protective finishes. It also reveals any underlying structural issues that need attention.
STEP 5
Repairs & Mechanical Overhauls
All necessary structural repairs and mechanical overhauls are carried out to restore full integrity and performance.
Damaged or worn components are repaired or replaced, including pumps, fans, hydraulic systems, and specialist equipment. All wear parts such as hoses, seals, and bearings are renewed to ensure long-term reliability.
STEP 6
Powdercoating & Surface Treatment
Components are finished using high-quality coating systems designed for durability and protection.
Powdercoating is applied where suitable, alongside specialist paint and protective treatments for tanks and high-wear areas. This ensures a strong, long-lasting finish in demanding environments.
STEP 7
Reassembly & Component Upgrades
The machine is carefully rebuilt using a combination of refurbished, new, and upgraded components.
Hydraulic, electrical, and pipework systems are reinstalled, and modern upgrades can be incorporated to improve performance, safety, and efficiency.
STEP 8
Remounting onto New Chassis
Where required, the refurbished equipment is mounted onto a new or replacement chassis.
This includes precise alignment, installation of subframes, and full integration with the vehicle’s systems to ensure safe operation and compliance with regulations.
STEP 9
220-Point Final Testing & Quality Checks
Every machine undergoes a comprehensive testing and inspection process before completion.
All systems are checked, tested under working conditions, and verified against strict quality standards to ensure the machine is reliable, safe, and ready for service.
